You can request a return within **30 days of delivery**.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be **unused and in original condition**
- **Original packaging** is required
- Order number or proof of purchase is needed
We accept returns for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong items received
- Unused items you are not satisfied with
If the item is **defective or incorrect**: we cover the return shipping costs.
For other cases: **customer covers return shipping**.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within **3–5 business days**.
Refunds will be issued directly to your **original payment method (Stripe or PayPal)**.
Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are **non-refundable**.
